What Consumers Want

Type of Experiences
  1. Real Real: real things appear to be real.
  2. Fake Fake: when fake things appear to be fake.
  3. Real Fake: when real things appear to be fake. Example: Universal Studio, where one can see the realistic movie sets but behind those sets universal studio facades are visible.
  4. Fake Real: it is fake but it appears to be very real. Example can be Disney Land; a fairy land that doesn’t exists.
